It may not be the Griswold's, but we'll still take it!!
Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo may be most well known for their hilarious roles in the "National Lampoon" series, but the duo are once again teaming up, this time for TV.
ABC has officially ordered the pilot for "Chev & Bev", a comedy series focusing on a couple living in a retirement community who get the task of raising their grand-children.
Seriously, this could have been the plot of the next "Lampoon" movie!!
Lucky for all of us though, there's already a plot for that:
The two are also filming right now the rebooted film to the classic series alongside a grown up Rusty (played by Ed Helms) as well as Christina Applegate and Leslie Mann.
All yours truly is asking is that "Bev" calls "Chev" Sparky during the series....
MAKE THAT HAPPEN.
